Front desk was swift checking me in. No problems with the room not being ready. Once I was in my room everything was clean. It was a spacious room, king size bed. Had all my toiletries in the bathroom. The complementary breakfast was actually great for free breakfast standards. They had everything you could want. Hotel also had a pool that I did not use.

Friendly service, clean rooms, great location, and parking. Everything you need in a hotel, plus you have access to a walking trail, so you can enjoy some time in nature after a long day of travel. The outdoor seating is excellent, and they have a dolphin fountain that brings the sounds of soothing water right outside your door.

From check-in to check-out, our experience was perfect. Pleasant and helpful staff. Our unit was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard is everything you would like after a day of travel. Beautiful landscaping, well laid out, with seating under a covered gazebo area in addition to more open seating. An outdoor pool as well to cool off after a day of vacationing.

We had a clean and spacious room which included a desk and chair, table, sofa and comfy chair. Lots of surface to put things out on. Recently renovated and was looking great inside the room. Rooms were around a courtyard with seating and a fountain. Menu board for breakfast in the lobby and a goody bag for Platinum members. Good choice of breakfast items.

We had a great stay. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good. Choices were sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, muffins, and waffles. Bed was comfy. The air worked great. Shower had a good pressure and got very hot. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice motel. The location is very quiet and felt safe. Workers were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept clean and comfortable. We would definitely return. Nice courtyard and pool area. Relaxing place!

As good as BW could be
This was as good as a Best Western could be really. The overall experience was very good. Breakfast was what you'd expect from this flag. The courtyard was very nice and the staff was EXCELLENT!!!
My only critiques:
1. Better pillows, the ones in the room were not comfortable.
2. Fitness room is very small.
