Whenever I’m in town for work which has become quite often I always choose to stay here it’s very convenient although I do hate that they do not offer breakfast luckily there’s a few restaurants close by

Will never return , was told to delete my last review in order to get a refund. im sick of hotels hotels they run over people and think its okay and then when i dont agree to what you offer you say you just gonna get legal involved . basically i was disrespected by multiple workers and was racially profiled and they didnt want the review here . i was also lied on and yelled at . im entitled to my review because it was MY money . just lock your cards and dont buy from the pantry & for sure dont use apple pay cause "thats invalid" even tho they accept it . its a nice property just rude and nasty workers and its only done to certain people . i got charged while SLEEP for service dogs . smh

This was the single worst, most embarrassing service situation I have ever encountered. I am on O2, use a walker, and incontinent. After a 9 hour ride to the hotel, I desperately needed to use the restroom. The desk clerk refused to give me the key to the lobby restroom, because it was “company policy” that non-guests are not to use it. He seemed not to care that I was indeed a guest. I stated that since I couldn’t use the facilities, I would be changing hotels. He seemed to find humor in humiliating me. He said it didn’t matter, they would charge me anyway. I burst into tears and accidentally urinated on myself, as I made my way to room

Nice clean room and friendly staff. All surfaces were sanitized, dishes washed, and towels were clean. Bedding was fresh and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel premises were very well maintained from the parking lot to the business center and pool area.
