Wow, wow, wow! I’ve been to Maui several times, but this trip was hands-down my favorite—all thanks to the Fairmont Kea Lani. The suites and resort grounds are stunning, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet, and be sure to stroll down to the beach for the most breathtaking sunsets. Every moment here feels like a dream. A special shoutout to Chris and Chris at Pilina—their warmth and cocktail expertise made us stop by every night just to say hello. You can genuinely feel the joy from the entire staff; it’s clear they love what they do. I can’t wait to make this an annual tradition. 🌺✨

I'm taking the time to write a review because this has been one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Every person from managers (shout out to Nicola) to check in receptionists (Rylee) to restaurant manager (Barry) to waitress at breakfast (Amee) has been nothing short of amazing. My family travels almost 6/7 times a year and Fairmont Kea Lani is doing everything right. Firstly everyone is smiling and everyone wants to know if there is anything they can do to make your stay better and they actually do it. Breakfast has been fantastic every morning and a wonderful start to our vacation days. Both western style options and Asian options are delicious (French toast, omelettes and the Maui Koma to die for). I would also like to address past complaints about birds at breakfast. We have not had any occasions where a bird has been on any of the food at the buffet or on our table. They give you covers to cover your food if you are not sitting and there are fans in the buffet area. I had originally not wanted to get breakfast because of these reviews as I'm a bit of a fanatic regarding cleanliness but everything is beyond clean. Throughout our stay (we are now on our 5th day) we have not had any trouble getting beach or pool lounges. I don't know if we are not in busy season but the hotel goes above and beyond to accommodate all guests on the lawn if the pool area is filled. Yes there ere lots of cabanas but there are plenty of chairs not directly in front of the pool. The Kea Lani is right next door to the Four Seasons and in my opinion has nothing to envy its neighbor ! Best choice I ever made.
