CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

All rooms were very nice and plenty of space. The only thing we didn’t like was the pull out couch in the downstairs bedroom. If it were a queen everything would’ve been perfect.

Outstanding Vacation Experience!
The experience started with a seamless check-in, with excellent instructions. The space was inviting and well decorated. It had an open floor plan that perfectly accommodated our party of 7. The kitchen area flowed into the living room, which was bordered on 2 sides by beautiful full opening deck windows that lead to a relaxing patio. The rooms were spacious and the space was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach towels. The property included a wonderful pool and rec center. There was close access to a beautiful beach, and nearby shopping and excellent food within walking distance. We were sad to leave, but the check-out process was equally seamless and easy. I will definitely book my next visit to Maui.

Unforgettable
This property was exactly as described and complete perfection as it related to housing all of our family members. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is gorgeous. The location for us was exactly where we wanted to be and just across the street from the beach. We did have some street noise coming from behind the patio but it wasn't terribly intrusive. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils as well as small appliances. The Furnishings are modern which included a fair amount of white upholstery which was discolored from use. Not to be unexpected. The cleaning of the vents and the tile/glass in the showers need some detailed cleaning but I am meticulous when it comes to cleaning, personally. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property.

Paradise Found
This place was exceptional - beautiful home, well appointed, location could not be better! We loved walking to the beach and so many terrific restaurants. Appreciated having some beach equipment there (few beach chairs, one small umbrella, couple of snorkel masks). Pool was also lovely and relaxing - not a zoo like at the resorts. Lots of great space for our family of 8 (all adults). Easy check in. Geoff was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again!!

Very nice place
We love the house. It was perfect for the family. The only downside was the master bedroom is very warm compared to the rest of the house. Also, there is mold in the master bathroom shower but overall it was a great place to stay. The pool is very nice And the location can’t be beat.

Great hone for family
We would stay again. We needed the inflatable mattress and rented a twin bed so everyone, 10
People, could sleep comfortably.
AC went out on a weekend and property manager responded quickly. Short drive to multiple great beaches.

Beautiful home, amazing community pool and perfect location
This home was very nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as far as pots, pans and glasswear. Response time was great from owner. We definitely recommend this property and would stay again in the future!

Great location
Walking distance to wailea beach and shops, comfortably fit 10 people. Walkable to fantastic pool as well. Only issue was a couple things were broken from tennants before us, but property manager remedied critical items.
