部屋は広く、ロングステイに必要な全てのものが揃っています。窓の外はゴルフ場に繋がっていますが、夜は星空がかなり綺麗に見えます。
泊まった部屋はバーベキューグリルの前にあり、ステーキを焼くと子供には最高の思い出になりました。
マウナケアのビジターセンターにも45分ほどで行け、ワイコロアのビーチも15分ほど。スーパーも近く、利便性の高い立地です。
プールは大きくないですが、とても綺麗で良い雰囲気です。
はじめはフロントが分かりにくいので調べて行きましょう。
一階の部屋はスーツケースが運び込みやすく便利でしたが、何度か虫の侵入には悩まされました。

It is considered a relatively cost-effective hotel on the Big Island.
The location is in Waikoloa, there is not much scenery nearby but it is a good choice for accommodation when going to the observatory. It takes less than an hour to drive to the observatory, which is closer than both Kona and Hilo.
The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet and close to nature. There is a KTA supermarket nearby where you can buy ingredients and food.
The ohna suite we stayed in has two floors, with two bedrooms upstairs and a small bedroom and three bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can do almost anything you want.
If you don’t have enough coffee, you can call and ask for it. It’s very convenient.
The swimming pool is small but not crowded. There is a hot spring pool.

It's clean and well organized. It's a resort type, so it feels a little different from a hotel, but I really liked the warm and friendly atmosphere. This is a place I want to stay again if I travel to the Waikoloa area. The reception was friendly, but it was a bit disappointing that there was a lack of detailed explanations about using the facilities. Still, I had a pleasant rest during my 3 days and 2 nights stay.

This time, other family members stayed at a resort in Waikoloa, and only I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after staying at Hilton Vacation for 3 nights. This was more convenient for me because it took more than 30 minutes from the Hilton room to the front desk and parking lot. A maisonette type on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building, the 1st floor is the living room, and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. It may be a little inconvenient that there is no toilet on the 1st floor. I was told that I should leave the key in my room because I had to check out early in the morning. Compared to other hotels, it is 40,000 yen for 2 nights, which is cheaper than other hotels.

Don't come!.. stay away,....I stayed here years ago and wrote a 5 star review.. we decided to come back.. unit is horrible compared to last time.. kitchen is beat to hell.. an ice maker is listed as an amenity but ours doesn't work.... We called the concierge for help and they were hateful and told us to go to a grocery store,!!!! We were just at a grocery store but we were told our room had an ice maker...just no!!!

Always in great shape. Good food nearby. Kitchens are fully equipped, and the living areas are comfortable, and the mattresses are comfortable. Great place to stay.

This is a very nice location, easy distance to shopping and beach. ( A bit far from most restaurants and downtown Kona and airport.) Comfortable unit for 5 people.

Quiet and restful backed up to golf course. Pool area was a disappointment because of unsupervised children. Staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming.
