We are the owners here in Hawaii and love to stay whenever we can. We take care of everything personally. If you want a beat up "grinder" unit with thin TP, no paper towels, no detergent, dull knives, no hair dryers, please stay elsewhere. With us, just plan for the food and drink YOU love, and we'll provide a high-quality environment for everyone to enjoy! Frolic with amazing sunny beach runs by day, and peaceful tropical tranquility by night with 2 private suites in our manicured gated community with full golf course views, partial ocean views and nightly sunsets from our villa. Enjoy the morning birds and breeze on our secluded lanai without a car, road or parking lot in sight. Then... A full beach excursion closet awaits your stay with boogie boards, snorkel masks, fins, beach chairs, sun canopy, basketball, tennis balls/racquets, putters and tote bags. Separate beach towels are provided for your beach runs. Just grab and go! Tennis, pickle and basketball are a minute walk away. We're the amazingly quiet home base where you can hub. Design your perfect getaway knowing that a serene and peaceful environment awaits after every excursion. Numerous amazing Golf courses and beaches are within 20 minutes, both famous and secluded. Pack a lunch, pick your destination and spend the day! A quick stroll on soft grass next to the golf course and you’re at our private Ocean Club pool/restaurant/bar overlooking ~180 degree ocean views by day and stunning sunsets by night. Our home is ideal for 4 people, with 2 private suites where it's all serenely quiet, peaceful and dark! Both suites have comfortable cal-king beds, private bath, ultra-quiet ceiling fan and tv. The master suite has partial ocean and full golf course views if you want to sit there looking out the bedroom window, but it's much better from the lanai or Ocean Club! The hall bath is adjacent to the second suite and offers a tub/shower combo and can be closed off as part of the 2nd suite if desired. The new, modern kitchen accessories and outdoor grill make all culinary options available. Since we live here often and know what it's like to be on vacation, we personally keep our home fully stocked! If you wonder about the exact location of our villa, we are in Building 5 and our flag on Vrbo is extremely accurate, where no other Hali'i Kai units look into our private lanai. Many other Hali'i Kai "garden view" units located in the back Palms area have central facing lanais which all face each other providing minimal privacy but have the same gorgeous Hali'i Kai landscaping, nonetheless. Given the unique location of our place, we have very minimal foot traffic that passes by, again privacy and seclusion. The Hilton, while it may look as though it is close to us in the photos is a full football field away across 2 golf fairways. The only sounds we might typically hear while sitting outside on our lanai are the frustrated golfers after a shot. Our goal is to provide you with the same ideal vacation experience we encountered many times as guests with our parents and family at other wonderful villas here at Hali'i Kai.
