The wifi is beyond useless - totally unusable to even check emails or browse the internet, checked speeds and regularly under 3mbs. The men's bathroom on Saturday 21/06/25 was in a poor state, the extractor fan not working so it got very foggy, the toilets not cleaned and unpleasent to use. This was over a long weekend but was a very quiet one and the campground was not busy or anywhere capacity.

The motel while being quite basic was clean and well presented and situated in a perfect spot for beach access. Service was offered on a daily basis, which we declined. The wifi and Tv wifi were awful with the signal barely rating, the tv would not connect to wifi at all. Because of the wifi situation we were unable to stream from the TV.

We arrived very late, but the manager took us to our units. They were very comfortable and would recommend this property to everyone.

Spacious clean accommodation. Friendly staff ...handy to Waihi Beach and shops. Lovely hot tub. Awesome place for a holiday. Highly recommended 😀😀😀
