Very comfy,private,beautiful veiws. Would have liked daily refills of coffee and milk. Otherwise very nice if you want privacy. Gentle walk to town past vineyards and native bush. Surrounded by bird life

We recently stayed at Cable Bay Views (studio 3). It’s a great set up, comfortable, well appointed, modern and comfortable. Great views, close (ie 5 ish mins walk) to Cable Bay, Mudbrick and Allpress, communicative owners, and reasonable value. Few points: - shame the fan in the bathroom automatically goes on synched to the bathroom lights (a pain at night!) and the bathroom bin was broken, the bathroom underfloor heating is great, the modern tv that comes out of the wall is great also!, kitchen is perfectly fine given I suspect barely anyone who stays there, eats there. Very popular given its location I imagine and we certainly would recommend it. Just a couple of small things to fix or potentially improve.

Gardens were very nice, as was the property, was extremely close to Mudbrick winery, which is why we stayed here

We stayed in the 2 bedroom lodge for 4 nights enjoying amazing views over Cable Bay vineyard and back into Auckland city . Beautiful accommodation with great indoor/outdoor flow . Location perfect - 3 minutes drive from the ferry and 3 minutes to Oneroa with is eclectic mix of shops and cafes overlooking a beautiful beach . Mudbrick vineyard is a 300 metre walk and further afield the 30 minute drive to Man O’War vineyard is well worth it . Thanks Jan for making us so welcome in your stunning Cable Bay Views lodge
