We really enjoyed our stay, we got a deluxe room, the view is amazingand great. The room is comfy and nice, however the pillow is very soft and the bed is a combined two single beds to be queen bed. Overall the stay is nice, was pleased.

I booked this hotel because it was one of the most affordable ones on the island. I caught a public bus to get there and had a comfortable stay with a great view.
The reception asked me for credit card details after I booked the hotel via email, and I declined to give it to them. I said they could cancel my booking if it was a problem, yet the booking remained, and it didn't seem to be a problem.

The room had a kitchen and a sofa, so I was able to stay comfortably. Depending on which room you stayed in, the view outside was spectacular. It was a bit of a walk from the bus stop, but the location was easy to find. I arrived late at night so I had to check in by myself, but the mailbox was in the mailbox so it went smoothly. I was a little worried that the mailbox wasn't secured, but other than that I was very satisfied!

Waiheke Island Resort is really a nice play to stay. This was not our first time that we stayed there, and we will come again and again.
Absolutely perfect place, strongly recommended.
One comment for property maintenance: please punch down all nails on wooded deck that are sticking out. It is not safe to walk bare feet on the deck.
