The service is very good. It is very special to have a big hotel in the desert. Unfortunately, there is almost no wifi in the room, only in the lobby and restaurant.

We stayed in this property for 2 nights - Ameer Tent. As the property is only accessible by a 4*4 vehicle, we had to ask hotel to arrange for a shuttle service to and fro. Overall the stay was very comfortable and staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast and dinner spread was good. My kid really enjoyed at the play area. Following points wherein property needs to work on
1. Wifi is only available at reception and restaurant area. As I was carrying some work and travelling with a kid, I felt that wifi should have been across all the resort and not at just specific areas
2. There was no dedicated landline number to dial for reception. They had give a cell number but as I was having network issue with Omantel carrier, it was not always working. It was really uncomfortable to go to reception and ask for help.
3. The hotel should provide room to reception / activities buggy to at-least family with small kids and elderly persons. We were informed that buggy was only user to carry luggage.
4. The activities for the desert were really expensive even though we enjoyed quad biking a lot !
Overall the stay was very satisfying and we would love to visit again.

Ce camp est le plus au sud de tous les camps, et sans aucun doute le meilleur et le mieux situé. Compter environ 45 kms depuis la station shell de Bidiyah. Excellent accueil, buffets dejeuner et diners tres corrects. Bien entendu ne pas rater la sortie 4x4 dans les dunes 17h30/18h30, avec séance photo et coucher de soleil

Noi avevamo la tenda deluxe davvero enorme e con il bagno parzialmente all'esterno (doccia sotto le stelle magnifica !!). Personale gentilissimo , splendida piscina con vista sulle dune, cibo ottimo. Ma ho letto alcune recensioni che parlano di colazione misera?? La colazione ha di tutto, e vi fanno sul momento uova, frittate, pan cakes , whaffles. Ci sono brioches di 3 tipi, e tutti i cibi salati che volete, frutta e dolci. Magari non trovate lo yogurt (forse nel deserto un po difficile da conservare ma x il resto non avrete di che lamentarvi). Potete fare la gita coi quad (bellissima anche x bimbi di 7 anni c'è un piccolo quad) . C'è l'osservazione delle stelle tutte le sere gratuitamente così come il falò con the caffe e marshmellows. Esperienza davvero meravigliosa!

Siamo stati al TNC 2 notti a partire dal 22 aprile e le temperature di giorno erano già molto alte (+40°). Viaggiavamo da sole: due mamme e le rispettive due figlie dai 5 ai 14 anni. Ci siamo trovate molto bene, è una esperienza bellissima stare nel deserto. Il cielo stellato lascia senza parole. Grazie a tutti. L'Oman è una terra bellissima.

Nous avons vécu une expérience incroyable ! Le lieu est superbe et le personnel aux petits soins ! Nous avions un service escorte, impeccable. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont servis sous forme de buffet et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Un feu de camp avec des chamallow et café est organisé après le dîner. Et clou du spectacle : observation du ciel. On recommande les yeux fermés ! En partant, un livre magnifique a été offert aux enfants avec de belles photos. Merci beaucoup
