Not a good experience overall.
Room (carpet floor) was dirty.
TV not working.
Door hardly closing without smashing it.
Gym and Pool closed (works are ongoing at different floors of the hotel) that were the main reason for choosing the hotel instead of others.
Breakfast so-so.
The hotel might have been great some years ago and if well maintained could be great, but there might be better options around. Popular for weddings, though (almost one every morning).
Not far from shopping malls (quite empty in any case) and next to river walk or mountain park walks (Nanshan/Xishan).

Earlier it was a good hotel but now it’s Worst Hotel.
No service, drainage system in bathroom is choking up.
So horrible.
Water spreads everywhere in bathroom, can’t take bath.

The central air conditioner is always honking! It's really loud. The phone doesn't work. I called 1520 and the number rang 1510. The phone doesn't work. The food delivery didn't arrive. It's so bad now!
