這是對漢庭酒店最失望的一次
第一，房間刷卡不好用，房間進不去，幾百次嘗試後才進入房內，門很難關，感應很差
第二，花灑漏水，很極速的多方向呲水，洗澡眼睛都睜不開，不知道是哪個人才用來**了嗎，酒店對於設施也沒有任何檢查
第三，房間電話是擺設，不能用，也無法接聽,我的外賣到了以後沒有收到任何電話，等了半個小時詢問工作人員才知道機器人送了一次，並不是我沒收到消息，而是房間電話根本不能用，以至於我的餐延誤了半個小時
第四，聯繫工作人員很麻煩，沒有明確的前台電話，需要轉播，屋內座機也沒有明顯的功能提示
第五，再也不會住漢庭了，失望至極，入住當天比較忙暫時沒有投訴到總部
