我在漢庭酒店居住了半年左右，7月1日我在漢庭酒店（瓦房店站店）居住，凌晨時分有個陌生人竟然能打卡我的房間門，我去前台質問店員，店員竟然把房間號弄錯，讓一個“陌生男子”能拿他的房卡打開我的房間，要不是有鏈鎖，房間就打開了，顧客的人身安全該怎麼保障，“漢庭酒店”好響亮的品牌，竟然會犯這麼低級的錯。更可笑的是事情發生後前台竟然沒有通知管理人員，沒有一個合理的解決方案。而且這不是第一次發生了，已經發生第二次了。我已經忍無可忍了。😡
