感覺很不好，在退房出來的時候被莫名的人員盤問是否登記，並且是以懷疑的態度。就莫名其妙的被詢問了。感覺非常差。就想住進來誰都可以對你指手畫腳一樣？

我非常不滿意我在這家酒店的住宿體驗。首先，客房温度穿着棉褲都冷的要命，拖鞋都不敢穿，凍腳，空調開一段時間後自動斷電，與服務溝通後告知冬天空調就這樣，換個房間也沒有。穿着衣服睡一晚早上起來鼻子就不通氣了。其次屋內設施床品，毛巾與50元左右的招待所水平相同。我對於酒店管理人員沒有及時解決這個問題感到非常失望，入住體驗極差。

服務熱情，前台小姐姐人特別好，雖然在火車站附近但是沒有特別吵，房間也蠻乾淨的，唯一就是我睡眠輕，晚上暖氣上水的時候有點吵，春夏秋應該就很好了
