Worst hotel in 3 weeks of vacation in Indonesia. In the middle of nowhere 6 km from the city without grab without gojek and without taxi stands. There are no restaurants or coffee shops nearby. Nothing at all. No support from the hotel to call a taxi. At the reception at 19.30 there was no one and even though I was there for half an hour I did not find anyone to call a taxi. The only positive thing is that grab food delivers food there. Poor breakfast or better to say non-existent. Eggs and bread finished by 8.00, only coffee and jam left with nothing to spread it on. Informed the reception they replied that they open at 7.30 and it is not their problem what runs out. The rudeness and impoliteness of the staff.
