100% recommend. The staff is extremely atrentive, friendly and attentive. Clean room, delicious breakfast in the morning and the spa is very nice. There are also beautiful views from the window. The staff thougj definitely made our stay as nice as it was. They helped us to organize rides, brought fresh drinks when we walked in and provided helpful information

Even if the hotel was empty, we had a very warm welcome from wonderful people who made us feel comfortable right from the first minute. They opened the kitchen just for us for a late lunch. I got a beautiful room on the top floor with an amazing view of the city. The sunset is absolutely wonderful from the top-floor restaurant bar, where you can have a drink and a shisha, enjoying a very relaxing time. Everything in this hotel is great. Everyone is very nice, and the service is 5-star. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast is terrific. It's close to the city center where you can find many restaurants for dinner, and just five minutes away from the entrance of the archaeological site. I am 100% sure I will go back to this hotel the next time I am in Petra. I recommend it to anyone. The people there truly make it a 5-star experience.

Hotel very well located in Petra with distant view of the site. The sunset is magnificent, the room is spacious, clean. A swimming pool allows you to relax after visiting the site. The meals correspond to typical dishes of the country. Great time

Very warm welcomed by the staff of the Petra Elite Hotel at Petra. From the moment you arrive you really feel treated as a guest by Mohammed &. Waden at the reception desk, while Ali takes care of all your material needs. Just arrived in the spacious room, Bilal brings a savoury welcome surprise. The hotel is ideallly located , from the rooftop you have the city and the Petra monument at your feet, while the young lady responsie for the rooftop acts as an experienced guide to find your way to the Petra monuments. Last but not least, also the Young lady taking care of breakfast was a true ambassador of the famous Jordan hospitality - We rbetefore warmly recommend the Petra Élite Hôtel

Very lovely rooms which are spacious, comfortable and clean. If you get on the right side the views are absolutely spectacular!!! Dinning was odd as our first dinner and breakfast there was served at the table (dinner was poor) but then the 2nd dinner and breakfast were buffet which was FAR better and very delicious. Less than 10 min drive to Petra it's well located but would have like some outdoor space.

This hotel is not ready for overseas guests. It’s a bit like staying at Fawlty Towers. Definitely don’t accept a room next to an elevator - you’ll be woken each time someone uses it. It would have been good to know in advance that we couldn’t purchase alcohol here. The buffet dinner was lovely.
