El gerente del hotel. Nos hizo caer en una estafa. Nos recomendó hacer el backdoor Petra en taxi, indicándonos que nos dejaría directo en el monasterio por la módica suma de 20 dinares. Ingenuamente le creímos y pagamos 20 dinares de gusto cuando hay transfer del gobierno que te llevan gratis (nos enteramos después), el taxi no te deja en el monasterio sino en Little Petra donde hay que pagar 5 dinares más por persona por un transfer del gobierno que te deja en un camino que demora una hora para llegar al monasterio. Cuando volvimos al hotel y le reclamamos lo que pasó se hizo el desentendido e insistía en que habíamos entendido mal, cuando le preguntamos dos veces si nos dejaba en el monasterio. Así que no le crean nada y no acepten ningún servicio extra que les ofrezca. Incluso la opción de cena es excesivamente cara. Un estafador que se aprovecha del turista. También reclamamos que perdía la dicha de inodoro y nunca la arregló. El baño se llenaba de agua. Lo único positivo es que esta 800 metros del centro de visitantes de Petra, por lo que es muy cómodo para ir y venir.

Amazing place
Had an amazing stay at Petra Corner hotel. 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Petra visitor center.
Staff were amazing and was able to check in early. very comfortable bed and good internet. If you plan to visit Petra, stay here.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and convenient
Booked a on-night stay so that we could visit Petra on 2 consecutive days. They have free on-site parking and it’s only a few minutes walk from the hotel to the main entrance of the Petra historic site. Reception and all other staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast of eggs/omelette and side dishes was simple but filling.

Great hotel. Gustavo was fantastic on reception- so much useful information, he was attentive and informative. Good breakfast and lovely rooftop bar. Recommended
