Petra Castle Hotel

Abbiamo passato due notti in questo hotel posto all'iinizio del centro abitato di Petra. Le camere sono spaziose con un bel bagno dotato di doccia comoda. Pulito, a parte il piumino che abbiamo tolto dal copripiumino, che presentava una macchia piuttosto vecchia. Collegamento internet problematico.

We had booked two nights in this hotel for mid-September and at the beginning of August Vueling cancelled our flights to Jordan due to the instability with Israel and Gaza. I wrote to them through booking and asked them that, although the reservation was without free cancellation, due to the reason completely beyond our control and given that the cancellation was being made more than a month in advance, they consider giving us back our money or a partial refund. They said no, which is fine, something I can understand, but they also didn't give us the possibility of giving us a "voucher" for when we could travel, in fact I wrote to them again to change the dates since there were Vueling flights in November and they said no. I think it's terrible that a hotel has so little consideration for its customers, it says a lot about this hotel, really. Very disappointed, it's the first time something like this has happened to me.
