The location is on a hill, but it takes a bit of driving to get there.
Taxi fare is 3 dirham...no more than that....
It was clean and the staff were friendly.
When you go to Petra, just tell the staff and they will take you there.
Breakfast was provided as standard... it was disappointing that there was no fruit.
We give points for cleanliness and friendliness.

Climatisation pas en route lors d emon arrivée il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre. D'ailleurs il semble qu'elle ne faisait pas ou pas suffisamment de froid car la température est peu redescendue. L'hôtel est venu vérifier et l'a assuré qu'elle fonctionnait, mais moi je n'ai pas senti le froid alors qu'elle était regle sur 16. La salle de bain n'est pas pratique, les WC sont juste devant l'accès à la baignoire il y a l'espace d'une jambe entre les 2. Enfin le frigo n'était pas branché j'ai du bouger les meubles pour le brancher. Les serviettes n'ont pas été changé après ma première nuit.

It was a great hotel with superb service. The rooms we enoguh and we had a great time here . The food was excellent, served well to us for dinner by sabri . The staff was very hospitable and welcoming . Suggest this hotel to everyone. Hope to visit here again

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel per una notte. Camera piccola ma nel bagno abbiamo apprezzato la presenza del Bidet. Per la cena il buffet era costituito da varie insalate, pollo, riso in bianco e un piccolo buffet di dolci. Appena arrivati il cameriere ci ha chiesto se avremmo gradito una bevanda analcolica menta e lime.. quasi spicciata come offerta da loro.. a fine serata il conto presentava le due bevande e un acqua naturale alla bellezza di circa 13 dinari! Colazione varia ma priva di dolci. Notte insonne a causa di ragazzi che festeggiavano il compleanno nell’albergo fino a tarda notte.. preghiera assordante a partire dalle 4 del mattino. Si consiglia maggior insonorizzazione.

Abbiamo dormito una notte. E' stato uno degli hotel migliori del nostro giro della Giordania. Stanza grande e comoda, bagno nuovo e pulito, c'era perfino il bidet. Personale molto gentile, parlano anche italiano. Purtoppo anche questo hotel come altri era semivuoto, a causa della ben nota situazione internazionale. Noi in Giordania ci siamo sentiti sempre ben accolti e al sicuro. Il Paese è tranquillo e molto bello. Consigliamo di fermarsi qui per una visita della meravigliosa Petra.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, aber sauber. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung. Was uns sehr gestört hat war, dass wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, aber unsere Wanderung bereits vor Sonnenaufgang los ging. Wir haben ein Lunchpaket bestellt und mussten pro Person 7 Dinar aufzahlen. Das fanden wir absolut nicht fair und können empfehlen, dass zu beanstanden. Wir haben es nicht gemacht, was uns im nachhinein geärgert hat. Auch unser Guide in Petra fand das nicht ok, da wir ja unser Frühstück bezahlt und nicht konsumiert hatten. Die Lage ist gut - umgeben von Restaurants und Bars. Der Eingang für Petra ist jedoch ein Stückchen entfernt.

Purtroppo per loro ma eravamo le uniche in tutto l'hotel camera pulita solo fredda ma subito il personale ha fatto di tutto per renderla più calda cena e colazione non a buffet giustamente ma varia abbondante e buonissima a 2 passi dal cen5ro con una vista spettacolare sul tramonto
