The most unfortunate thing is that given the bad comments about the hotel, Image Tours, which was our wholesaler, was unable to change our hotel to another of the same category due to our complaints. As an unpleasant anecdote, tell me that I ordered a gin and tonic, which they did not know how to do. and I had to explain it to them, and when they were going to add the ice, the waiter took it directly with his hand, without gloves, and I screamed….. Noooooo, come on….. what a shameful mess…..!!! !

Hotel in Jordan (Petra) with good views, but poor attention and service. We had booked the trip with the wholesaler Imáge Tours in 4-star hotels and upon seeing the comments about this hotel we asked them to change it to any of the possible ones offered in the trip that they had told us they could assign us but that “coincidence” they accommodated us in the worst and certainly the cheapest. It is a large hotel that at this time hardly had tourists and was overwhelmed, but instead of making an effort to make our stay as good as possible, they cornered us in an area of ​​the restaurant where we had to share a table of 10 people with the rest of the group if we wanted to. or we didn't want to when the restaurant was almost empty and in the furthest and darkest area from the large windows that the dining room had. We politely asked to be able to make ourselves a little larger but they wouldn't let us. I have a poor evaluation of the breakfast, it did not have any pastries or cookies and no fruit. We asked, please, if they could bring us a piece of fruit because there were intolerant and diabetic people in the group, but they refused. As people got up from breakfast, the people who arrived had to sit in the same place without cleaning it despite asking the waiters to clean the individual tablecloth that was in each place. At dinner more of the same, very poor quality of food and of course also no fruit. We were a group of 6 people who occupied 3 rooms and in 2 of them there were leaks in the bathroom. Another inexplicable thing was that if you turned off the light at the entrance to the room you would be left without light in the nightstand lamps so you had to look for the bed in the dark, and the plug in the nightstand would also lose electricity. wall so you couldn't charge your phone. The bedding barely covered the surface of the mattress so when 2 of us got into bed we kept uncovering each other. I don't want to go on further but I have been disappointed by Image Tours and even more so having let this wholesaler know that we had very bad references for this hotel... Think about it before booking with them, I am sure that I will never travel with Image Tours again

A pleasant place for a quiet and unique stay. It has a distinctive and picturesque view. The food is delicious and varied. The rooms are very wonderful and clean, overlooking the magic of Nabatieh’s nature. The staff are courteous and sophisticated. They have extensive experience in their field of work. Thank you to everyone for the services they provided.

Room ok. Splendid view. Food ok. Dear extra drinks (ask first). Nice but not heated outdoor pool. Far from the town, there is nothing around. Very expensive taxis but cars available with hotel driver for 20 dinars. All in all I recommend.

I asked for a room change and it wasn't easy, whereas on a group trip I pay more for the room than couples.
