The hotel room was smelly and the staff was not that friendly comparing to the amazing welcoming from Jordans in general. The breakfast very limited. The location is perfect!

The room is quite big, the service is quite good, it's a 15-minute walk from the bus station, the breakfast is also OK, friendly, warm, quiet and comfortable. There is no elevator, but the service staff will help with the luggage. Recommended.

It is a good hotel about 5-10 minutes walk from the Petra ruins. Since I arrived in Petra early, I was in trouble with the check-in time of the hotel, but they let me check in early.

It is very close to visiting the Petra site which is a big plus considering the hills the town is built on. The rooms are clean. They are on the small size which can be challenging to open large suitcases. Bathroom is also small with a small shower. Choice of 2 shower heads is useful when freshening up after a day at the site. However I struggled to balance the hot water temperature when i knew at least 4 others were showering too. Walls are thin so can hear noisy neighbours. Lack of plugs to charge phone/devices. Staff are friendly. Breakfast has a lot of choice. Omelettes are cooked fresh as well as pancakes. A number of hot and cold dishes, European and Jordanian.
