I have to mention this, your hotel is one of the most beautiful place and beautiful with the people. Starting from bellboy Namal, he is so helpful and while we going in to the room he explained us almost everything about hotel . Next is bar and restaurant staff , they are always smiling and good service. I think on my visit hotel was almost full, but restaurants people didn’t miss anything what we were asking . I had 2 years baby and they gave us extra care even . Room service guy was amazing . Kavisha was attending to us even when we call at night time . Thank you for all people who take care of us . Definitely we will come back .

My self and my wife visited the property in December 14th 2024 we had a fabulous service specially Ms Anusha was giving us a personalized support. The staff was very helpful. We stayed in the Luxury suite which was very fabulous but I didn't have much time to spend in the hotel as we had only 1 night but definitely we will be staying in the property and in the same room very soon for 2 nights. Thank you so much

Очень рада что выбрала именно этот отель! Чисто, вкусно, приятная территория. Инфраструктура развита, на дешёвые кафешки не рассчитывайте, брала только завтраки, но апгрейдилась до HB, нам как раз. Keels рядом, рынок, wine shop 300 метров. Океан сумасшедший абсолютно ♀️, опасный и шикарный), ночью в номер на 3!!! этаже влезла игуана, вытащила очистки манго из ведра и ела на балконе , вот это я реально обалдела, специально просила повыше, оказалось-не панацея , поркет (по местному)), влез! На пляж не рассчитываете, его нет. По возвращении дополняю)): рекомендую отель к посещению, не взирая на отсутствие пляжа, бурный океан - обычная история для западного побережья, а вот приличное, по меркам Шри-Ланки питание)), чистота, хорошее постельное бельё надо ещё поискать, даже бОльшая звёздномть не всегда гарантирует лучшее качество сервиса. Ещё в отеле всюду попадаются аутентичные артобъекты в интерьере, так здорово . Если доведется вернуться, высока вероятность выбора именно этого отеля, спасибо персоналу за доброе отношение, предупредительность и профессионализм❤️ Помощь в организации экскурсий нам оказал местный гид Денис/Dinesh тел. +94 (77) 538 4918, вот прям рекомендую!

This is our 17thvisit still being amazingly amazing.... The Housekeeper manager who accepted the calls was a bit arrogant and was very rude but other than that from the food to the confortorbility it was absolutely perfect hope it stays the same on the next visit as well The christmas events were amazing and were very joyful Merry chriatmas everyone -25th December 2024
