Wunderschöne saubere Anlage mit absolut super freundlichen und sehr zuvorkommenden Personal. Hier haben alle immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das essen war fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zu erwähnen ist der Sahana Spa. Hier gibt es perfekte Massagen. Vorsicht vor dem Strandboy Tilan. Er bietet Ausflüge ( ohne Essen und Getränke) an, welche aber keinesfalls günstiger sind als die vom Veranstalter im Hotel. Und seine Gäste liegen ihm keinesfalls am Herzen. Er sieht euch nur als Geldquelle.

There was a bald headed man with beard, I think he is one of the managers at the hotel wearing a white shirt and and a brown trouser. We were not able to catch his name. However, the person was rude to the local guests. He was only catering the foreigners and even not smiling with the locals.

It was nice stay during our family trip to Mermaid, nice and clean, very helpful staff, a well maintained property and garden. Hope to coming back. Sports facility was very good and enough space to play for children. Nice well maintained beach as well.

This will be my second visit to this lovely hotel this year ( I first stayed there in March). I'm going back in December for another 10 stay and counting down the days. Again I will be travelling solo but as I had such a warm welcome the first time I visited I'm sure it'll be the same again and I'll receive the same welcome as before. For solo travellers both male or female and of all ages, I have never been to a hotel that has treated me with the same respect, consideration and inclusion as this one.....this why I'm going back. I'm looking forward to seeing if any of the staff remember me (I doubt it but you never know) and just having a relaxing time away from the stress of work. See you in 42 days.

Bardzo przyjemny, kameralny hotel nad samym oceanem. Super obsługa, opieka ratowników, bardzo dobre spa bazujące na naturalnych olejach, owocach, ziołach itp. Polecam zabiegi z całego serca - są droższe niż u lokalesow za płotem, ale w czystych i przyjemnych warunkach - tak jak go powinno wyglądać by się zrelaksować. Łóżka wygodne, jedzenie bardzo dobre. Mam nadzieję, że tu wrócę.

Our stay at Mermaid Hotel and Club was truly calm and refreshing. The beachfront location is perfect, with lifeguards always present to ensure safety. The environment is calm and peaceful. The food was good. The staff was incredibly friendly, always going out of their way to assist with a smile. They were attentive to every detail and made sure all our needs were met, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Food and the restaurant staff was magnificent 👌 Pool attendants, poter and majority of the staff treated us so well with sense. However I must say that front office staff wasn't so pleasant and look so moody. They are the first point of contact, but they fail to welcome and host the customer in a pleasing manner. Lack of smile. But overall we loved our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Mermaid Hotel & Club! The room facing the pool was cozy and spotless, and the meals were absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, making our experience truly memorable. The only minor downside was the security at the gate, who could have been more welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we look forward to visiting again!

Brach front hotel with all facilities can recommend for vacation. Very close to Colombo, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, friendly staff and very reasonable rates. It was clean, bigger room. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Saturday BBQ dinner and live music were excellent.
