The service is really great and the staff is so friendly. Throughout the stay,the staff looked into our needs and helped us in our matters concern the stay. We had a safe stay considering the security also. And also we'd like to recommend Mr. Lakmal. He is a great asset to the team.

Après plusieurs séjours en Asie nous nous sommes arrêté cette année dans cet hotel en partenariat avec "fram" Accueil déplorable arrivée à 8h du matin rien à boire ni à manger jusque 12h30 (horaire du check in) Chambre dispo uniquement à 14h après 11 h d avion Par contre réunion fram à 11h pour vous vendre des excursions hors de prix Félicitations à sami que vous trouverez sur la plage 3 fois moins cher qu a l hôtel Buffet répétitif aucune nourriture européenne (pas de frites ,pas de pizzas café local.. bref..) Cerise sur le gâteau nous quittons l hôtel à 20h donc check out à midi On est venu nous couper nos bracelets directement à la piscine pour être sur de ne pas truander... Pff!! Mon mari a voulu se servir un café vers 16h on lui a même refusé l accès Bref nous reviendrons un jour au Sri Lanka mais certainement pas dans cet hotel

Spending the day at Turyaa Hotel was a wonderfully relaxing experience, packed with thoughtful inclusions and excellent service. The package started with a refreshing welcome drink that set a warm and inviting tone. The lunch buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes to cater to diverse tastes. Each dish was well-prepared, and the flavors were impressive. The variety ensured there was something for everyone. Pool access was another treat, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy a serene environment. The facilities were well-maintained, and the poolside atmosphere added to the overall relaxation. The day ended on a sweet note with an evening tea and cake session, which was both delightful and satisfying. For groups of 10 or more, the added provision of a private room elevated the experience, offering privacy and comfort. Overall, Turyaa Hotel's day package was well worth it, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, delicious food, and attentive service. Bonjour nous avons l habitude de voyager et là grosse surprise Arrivée à l hôtel à 9h du matin, chambre disponible uniquement à 14h Rien à boire , il a fallu demandé plusieurs fois , le all in ne commence qu à 14h De même pour le départ check out à 9h Il vous faut payer pour boire ou manger sachant que le départ de l hôtel est prévu pour 20h Du jamais vu.... Que dire de la nourriture Buffet répétitif uniquement local Pas de frites , pas de pizzas , pas de café ou de capucciino pas de restaurant à la carte ou alors en supplément Hors mis cela la chambre est spacieuse avec une belle vue ,mais l infrastructures est vieillissante Heureusement que nous étions un groupe de 6 amis Ça nous a permis d oublier en partie ces points négatifs...

Verbleven in dit dure hotel. Kamer was niet in orde, erg onhygiënisch. Na veel aandringen een andere kamer gekregen. Deze kamer was een flinke upgrade echt super. Echter de andere faciliteiten vielen erg tegen (kidsclub, zwembad, efficiëntie) . Kok Shane is geweldig en wist mij goed te bedienen met mijn allergie. Hotel kan wel een goede renovatie gebruiken, erg gedateerd wat naar mijn mening niet zo hoeft te zijn. De financiële afdeling kan nog wel eens een opleiding Engels en procedures volgen gebruiken. Wij hebben het over het algemeen best naar onze zin gehad, maar dit hotel is voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar helaas.

Rien à dire, personnel accueillant et disponible. Bon matériel sur place . À faire 😉 Climatisation sur place à la demande, Kalana,, et priyanka (animator) sont pro et supers. Sauna sur place, boissons fraîches . Bref ça fait plaisir surtout quand le temps n’est pas terrible.

Malheureusement expérience décevante malgré les efforts de fait car obligé de les notifié pour obtenir les choses Notre fils a passé un mauvais séjour car le lit était affreux il a très mal dormi pendant tte la période nous avons pu goûté une fois les spécialité local car non épicé sinon toujours la même chose à manger Lakmal est un serveur gentil et qui a été aux petit soins pour nous donc merci Si vous voulez faire des sorties en Tuk tuk alors Indi sera parfait pour vous il est très gentil et absolument pas cher sur les prix car à l’hôtel les excursions sont hors de prix et après vous avez aussi paty sur la plage cela sera les deux seuls point positifs de notre séjour nous ne reviendrons jamais Et je ne peut conseiller cet hôtel si voulez passer de bonnes vacances
