Nice little hotel in downtown Waco. It is new and modern and while not the largest property when compared to many other hotels, it still has all of the main amenities (gym, pool, bar). I’m not super familiar with Waco Texas so I’m not sure of what there is to do there, I do know that many people go there for to see the Fixer Upper silos. This hotel is located literally right across the street from the Magnolia silos which was a huge plus. There are also a lot of other little shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel (including a Terry Balck’s BBQ across the street). Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern, and brand new! Overall an excellent stay. Customer service: 5/5 Amenities: 4.5/5 Rooms: 5/5 Property: 4.5/5 Overall: 4.75/5

I was amazed this hotel is perfect location of downtown! The room is so clean and comfortable! The staffs are so friendly and helpful! The restaurant and Magnolia Silo is very close location! Walking to restaurants or Magnolia is like one - two blocks! It’s feel like brand new hotel when you walked In the lobby and smell so good ! I would recommend anyone to stay there !

What an amazing 24 hours in Waco, Firstly the hotel is new, so super clean with large rooms and a the bathroom set up is great. But the real start are the staff…….the staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you, they are friendly, attentive and just the nicest service we have ever received. We forgot to buy water and when looking to purchase a bottle from the chiller in reception the lady at the desk asked if we just wanted some free water and gave 4 bottles to us! The breakfast is the tastiest we’ve ever had in a hotel, there is a buffet but then you can add entrees to order at no additional cost, we had bacon and eggs and a parfait which was so fresh, we where to full to add an entree but saw the food coming out, looked amazing, thank you for the southern hospitality We will be back.

The women that checked us in was amazing! She was very helpful and made us feel welcome. She remembered our names whenever we had contact with her. I would give her 5 stars plus, plus, plus! Our room was nice and comfortable. We will stay again the next time we visit Waco.
