The hotel reception is situated on a hill, around 7 min walk up. Location is good if you're taking a ferry from HCMC, just 10 min walk away.
However, the hotel is a tad bit old, as you can tell from the furnishings, so there might be things breaking down. Breakfast selection is not good, but included so can't complain much, as long as you only try it for a day.

Very blah, bathroom not clean. Very average service, swimming pool closed very early and breakfast only until 9:00 there is nothing left at 8:30. Eggs not cooked enough. Disappointing
