Hotel room is clean and check in is fast. Location is not near the beach or mall. Hotel should provide buggy service to ferry hotel guests to the nearby beach. For a family room, the size is good but would be better if could have one more toilet. Staff speak little English. Service staff can’t even understand English or Chinese. View from the room is superb. Pool area is nice. Would be good if the hotel can provide better hairdryer. I’m using half way and it pauses due to overheated😤. Breakfast spread is good as well. Would recommend.

This is the second booking. We had a wonderful stay at The Malibu Hotel during our recent family trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered something for everyone, which made our mornings so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next family getaway!

I thank all the services are good, because my family often stays at Malibu hotel, the food is ok, hot dishes should have a few dishes for guests to choose from is better instead of just 1 chicken pho dish, add beef noodle soup or hu tieu... Overall it's good, outside the hotel there is a comfortable smoking area, next time there is a drink stall next to the hotel which is also good for guests to sit and drink. Thank you hotel and staff very much ❤❤❤. Thank you Trip.com for giving me a good choice
