MeoMeo Homestay – The Sóng Apartment

The room was ok but the cooking utensils were not clean and the kettle still had drinks from the previous guest inside. There was also no shower gel or shampoo left. Apart from the above 2 problems, I was very satisfied.

Clean hotel, beautiful design, friendly staff, great service, airy space, spacious rooms, full amenities.

I wanted to relax for 2 nights, but due to insufficient facilities in the room, staff came in from the morning, and came in and out until late afternoon. When I entered the room, they suddenly came without any notice. I ended up moving rooms. I was planning to stay for 3 days and had my luggage spread out, but they told me to move in about 5 minutes. It was a disaster. The waiting time for the elevator was too long.

The apartment is nice. It has everything you need for living. A kettle, a dirty refrigerator, very few dishes, especially cutlery. One spoon, a dull knife and chopsticks. The iron, which did not work for ironing, does not heat well. Cleanliness is mediocre. The dishes were dirty, the refrigerator too. The bathroom constantly smelled of sewage. Cockroaches came at night, I did not like it at all. The balcony is very dangerous, the railings of their glass are simply silicone-fastened to the floor, you can not lean on them, but no one warned about this. In the entrance, someone is constantly talking loudly or shouting, both children and adults. The shouts from the street were very disturbing. There is no soundproofing, at all. At 6 in the morning, the children are taken to school, bikes honk, get up, you can not sleep anymore. At 8 they play football and shout like crazy, and at 9 they start throwing beams at the construction site of the neighboring house. It's wild. Besides, it is very dusty, you can't open the windows, it is noisy - you can't get enough sleep. The sauna on the top floor is broken, but you can use it. There is also a swimming pool, but we didn't try it. So-so place. Inexpensive. The only plus

Le lit était confortable et la literie de qualité. La douche fonctionnait super bien et il y avait de l'eau super brûlante. Malheureusement, je ne me sentais pas chez moi. L'appartement n'était pas bien équipé. Il manquait de la coutellerie, linge à vaiselle ou égouttoir à vaisselle et poêlon pour les oeufs et spatule. Après en avoir fait mention à la propriétaire, on m'a apporté un poêlon antiadhésif le lendemain, une spatule, un couteau et deux fourchettes. Les éponges à récurer demanderaient à être changées. Une serviette à main pour la cuisine serait bien appréciée. Malheureusement pour l'hôte, j'ai donc opté de prolonger de douze jours mes vacances dans un autre condo du même immeuble où je me suis senti comme à la maison. C'est la première fois que j'ai à donner une mauvaise note à un hôte après 50 ans de voyages.
