Elevator situation is atrocious. Wait. Time well past 30 minutes just to go up or down. No one at front desk got check in/check out. We had to call the owner or landlord or something to get our key. There was a scheduled power outage on a Friday of all days for 6 hours. Had to leave our room and go elsewhere. Had we known about this in advance, we would not have booked here.
