Great hotel in aovy seaside resort. A real surprise.

I went on August 3, 2024. The hotel is near the beach, walking distance to the beach, near the dining area. The room is very clean, cool, all equipment is complete, ok. The bathroom drains a bit slowly but overall it is clean and fragrant. 10 points for the hotel. Trip 100 points. You should book through the Trip app, everyone. I did not accept bookings at other hotels, so the Trip app helped me rebook this hotel at the old price.

It's close to the sea and there's a convenience store nearby. The bed is big and soft. Clean and recommended~~~~~~~~

RECEPTION: poor service, no one greets any guests who sit and surf tiktok, no one turns on the fan in the lobby, they chat with each other on their phones and laugh loudly, guests who leave their luggage come back to get it but don't remember their faces. The space is messy, still under construction and lacks aesthetics, low season with few guests but still charge for early check-in, the room lock is broken and can't be checked, the staff let the guests go change the card themselves instead of going to the room to fix it. Bad service, not worth the money

The hotel is very new, clean and fully equipped. The only thing is that the room is a bit sunny but it is close to the center and close to everything. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach.

Friendly staff. Walking distance to the sea. New facility (opening in 2023). Good wifi. Smart TV with youtube. It was a pleasant 6 days. The shower room drains poorly. The vent condenses and drips water, which may be due to the temperature setting of the air conditioner. It's a new facility, so it's probably natural that it's comfortable now. I hope it will remain the same in a year or two. There is no "self-check-in kiosk" as listed in the check-in and check-out times. I pointed this out to Trip.com, but it's still listed. April 2024
