Trải nghiệm rất tệ. Phòng ở hoàn toàn khác so với mô tả. Chăn drap, khăn tắm đều dơ bẩn, không được vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Cảm giác không an toàn và không thoải mái chút nào. Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại và không khuyến khích ai đến đây.
Terrible experience. The room was completely different from the description. The bed sheets and towels were dirty and not properly cleaned. I felt neither safe nor comfortable during my stay. I will never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The location is centrally located, making it easy to get around. There are many snack bars at the end of the alley, making it easy to eat. I didn't encounter any management, so I felt very comfortable. However, the main entrance door had to be constantly unlocked and closed with a combination lock, which was a real hassle. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is in a convenient location, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the statue of Christ. A spacious room with a panoramic window and a nice balcony. A wardrobe with hangers, a washbasin and a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. A large bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, 2 bottles of water.
I really liked the contactless check-in system. According to the instructions that are sent to WhatsApp.
Entrance to the hotel territory is only by code. Also, via WhatsApp we communicated with the owner of the hotel to resolve minor issues. Everything was quick and clear.
The only thing we missed was a table with chairs on the balcony. Otherwise, everything was pretty good.

I booked a room for 2 days and the staff took care of it. The room cleaning was not very good. I had to take care of my own property and vehicle. I just hope the hotel can improve on that issue...

Great hotel, quiet location in a side street. Deluxe rooms have a huge balcony. Self-check-in via WhatsApp; free water, shower gel, and shampoo are provided by the hotel. We'd be happy to stay again.

I liked everything very much, there were some minor difficulties with the lock, but the administration quickly resolved them.
Comfortable, cozy, clean bed linen, floors were washed, very nice.
