Conosco questo storico hotel ormai da decenni, ma ci sono stato per la prima volta nel mese di luglio del 2020. Quest’anno ho deciso di tornare ed ho trovato tutto ancora più funzionale e perfetto di cinque anni addietro. Non credo di poter trovare qualcosa di negativo da dire: la struttura si presenta perfetta come se fosse stata edificata il mese scorso; il personale è professionale e molto disponibile e gentile, il Direttore svolge il suo ruolo con raffinatezza e competenza e, in conclusione, è possibile rilassarsi e divertirsi in modo ineguagliabile.

Posto perfetto per chi vuole rilassarsi e immergersi nell'isola di Vulcano, a due passi dal porto, da negozietti e ristoranti, con la spiaggia delle sabbie nere direttamente accessibile e privata. Ma soprattutto un grande grazie a tutto il team, fate arrivare i miei complimenti a Mario, Daniel, la ragazza al servizio colazioni si cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome e tutta la reception! Camere stupende e pulitissime.

Incantevole la location ma servizio pessimo dalla prenotazione all’accoglienza, dall’organizzazione alle informazioni…forse personale troppo inesperto, sicuramente poco professionale. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza della responsabile della spa.

Abbiamo valutato di prenotare in questa struttura con la formula albergo. Stanza molto grande difficilmente si trovano ambienti così grandi . Un terrazzo spettacolare. Spiaggia a pochi metri con lettini e ombrelloni. Consiglio vivamente

Esperienza indimenticabile, personale veramente molto gentile..... Appena arrivato.... Ho avuto un'accoglienza da parte della reception indescrivibile grazie alle ragazze Teresa, Elena e Federica che con la loro gentilezza e con la loro preparazione voto 10/10 Ho fatto anche un percorso SPA..... Entrando ho incontrato una spa manager veramente unica, che con la sua dolcezza, la sua gentilezza, ma soprattutto da non parlare della sua preparazione (UNICAAA) mi ha consigliato di fare determinati trattamenti sono entrato che avevo dolori alla schiena e sono uscito leggero... Lo consiglio a tutti di farlo..... come lo rifarò anch'io

Ospitalità e Professionalità. Il personale della reception è ineccepibile , professionale è competente. Buona la colazione molto varia. Bellissima esperienza alla SPA che oltre ad essere ben tenuta ha un personale molto qualificato. Complimenti !!! .Grazie mille per l’ospitalità.

Ottima struttura direttamente sulla spiaggia nera di vulcano ove si può ammirare un meraviglioso tramonto. Personale molto preparato gentile e premuroso. Ottima colazione ottima pulizia camere . Sicuramente la seconda migliore struttura dell’isola. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato, di categoria superior, è molto ampia, bene arredata e confortevole. Pulizia della stanza accurata, a differenza di quella dei vialetti e degli accessi a parti comuni come la splendida terrazza (raccomando l’aperitivo al tramonto) e la spiaggia. Un vero peccato perché sminuisce il valore del resto. Apprezzabile la piscina e anche la spiaggia privata, ma in generale la manutenzione andrebbe aumentata per eliminare un po’ dei segni dell’età della struttura. Colazione varia, ma migliorabile nella parte del “salato”. Servizio puntuale e cortese.
