Love on first sight
Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place.

Struttura accogliente, pulita e ben curata. Posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto e dalla spiaggia delle sabbie nere. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia delle acque calde, con un patio privato dotato di ombrelloni e lettini che permettono di godere della vicinanza al mare senza la ressa dei mesi estivi. Cibo ottimo, possibile pranzare sotto a un gazebo ventilato e richiedere uno spuntino o aperitivo direttamente sotto all'ombrellone.

bella struttura personale gentilissimo (e quasi tutte donne un applauso!) comodo per la vicinanza di ben 2 spiagge colazione ottima stanze nuove (solo migliorerei l illuminazione del bagno e la pulizia giornaliera delle camere talvolta un po' affrettata ma forse ad agosto...)noi torneremo grazie!!

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato davvero indimenticabile. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da uno staff gentile e super disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura è semplicemente eccezionale. Immersa in un meraviglioso giardino mediterraneo, offre una splendida piscina e un solarium con accesso diretto alla spiaggia delle Acqua Calde e a soli 50 metri dalla famosa spiaggia delle Sabbie Nere. L'ambiente è perfetto per chi desidera rilassarsi e godersi il mare in totale tranquillità. Inoltre, l'hotel è dotato di numerosi ombrelloni e lettini, dove è possibile rilassarsi comodamente. Servizio impeccabile: abbiamo potuto ordinare frutta fresca e gelati, tutto servito con la massima cortesia e puntualità. Anche la colazione era molto varia e gli ingredienti tutti ottimi. In sintesi, un'esperienza di soggiorno perfetta, resa ancora più speciale dalla qualità della struttura e dall'eccezionale attenzione dello staff. Torneremo sicuramente!

Meravigliosa esperienza nell’isola di Vulcano ed in questo hotel , piccolo angolo di paradiso , dove siamo stati accolti da uno staff premuroso ed attento . Lorena e Stefania ed anche tutto il resto del personale , sono stati davvero molto gentili e premurosi . Ambiente molto curato , giardini , piscina e tutti gli ambienti esterni . La nostra stanza con vista mare , giardino e vulcano davvero eccezionale . Molto varia la colazione ed il servizio bar , che offre anche un la possibilità di pranzare Tutto davvero perfetto . Lo consigliamo vivamente .

The location of the hotel between the beach with the "volcanic spring" and the black beach is just unbeatable. Furthermor, you'll find many restaurants and shops within walking distance and there is free parking. The highlights of Eros is the lovely decoration throughout the property, the friendly staff, the beautiful pool and the fresh and healthy food for breakfast and lunch.
