Albergo nuovo e ben curato , ubicato vicino alla spiaggia e al centro . Personale accogliente , camera spaziosa e pulita . Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo il prossimo anno . Consigliato anche il ristorante limitrofo della stessa proprietà .

C’è un luogo a Vulcano dove il mare ti chiama dal terrazzo. Non è una metafora: ti affacci e hai la sensazione che basterebbe un passo per tuffarti tra le onde. L’Hotel Garden vince su tutto con la posizione incantevole, una delle più belle dell’isola: vista aperta, silenzio, e quel blu che ti ruba gli occhi. È vero, alcune parti della struttura portano i segni del tempo, ma non lasciatevi ingannare: il personale è il vero tesoro, sempre col sorriso, pronto a sistemarti ogni dettaglio con cura e gentilezza. Colazione e servizi vengono offerti nella struttura gemella, il Resort Mari del Sud, a due passi: una colazione ricca e golosa per iniziare bene la giornata… e soprattutto una piscina favolosa, incorniciata da palme e silenzio, perfetta per rilassarsi al tramonto o spegnere il sole dopo il mare. Prezzo qualità? Forse il miglior compromesso di tutta Vulcano. Non è l’hotel delle riviste patinate, ma ha il mare addosso e un’anima vera. E quando viaggiamo, è questo che conta.

Pessimo. Hotel abbandonato e fatiscente! la stanza le tende erano staccate, ogni giorno trovo blatte nella stsnza, alla reception non c’è nessuno e per problemi devi andare in un altro slbergo. Per le blatte mi hanno gentilmente dato un prodotto da spruzzare in camera. Alle 16:00 mio marito dormiva e apre gli occhi e vede un signore che gli dice di uscire perchè deve pulire, mio marito chiede di ripassare dopo e lui che diveva pulire subito….

English: The first negative note was on arrival, the hotel was completely deserted, we spent 20 minutes at the reception waiting for an answer on the phone. Luckily we met a guest who advised us that check-in had to be done in the resort opposite. After dropping off our bags we were informed that the room would be ready by 3pm, in reality they delivered it at 5:30pm. Our reservation was for a suite instead they gave us a simple quadruple, with paint still around, taken out, without soap and full of dust. At the reception we were not given any explanation rather they insisted that it was the suite. Since we were only staying one night and had nowhere to go we stayed. Since this hotel is still a construction site, even the restaurant and the swimming pool are used those of the resort opposite. During breakfast there were not even clean cups for coffee and only one waiter who could not manage all the guests. A real shame because the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the port and the black sands
