Una delusione totale rispetto a quello che c'era stato raccontato da persone che hanno soggiornato in questa struttura qualche anno prima di noi. La proprietaria è stata carente in ospitalità, affabilità e sensibilità. Abbiamo preso una camera matrimoniale pur essendo in tre una coppia ed una bimba di 5 anni. Non ci stato dato alcun servizio per la bimba dal set biancheria (Asciugamani) alla tazza al piatto e alle posate per la colazione per lei....una vergogna

Struttura ottima e ben curata, immersa nel verde ed, anche se a soli due passi dal centro, regna la tranquillità e la privacy. I proprietari cordialissimi e presenti per ogni richiesta. Camera pulita e terrazzino dove potersi rilassare bevendo un buon vino eoliano. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottimo soggiorno a Villa Crimi. Siamo stati soltanto 2 giorni, ma abbiamo potuto godere della bellezza della villa immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Posizione ottima per raggiungere vari punti di interesse e il porto. Ilaria e il papà sono molto disponibili e presenti. Sicuramente una esperienza positiva.

Posto favoloso ed incantevole. È immerso nella tranquillità più assoluta. La proprietaria, Ilaria, è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Gli appartamenti sono comodi, puliti e dotati di ogni comfort. La colazione, per chi la sceglie, è abbondante e servita con puntualità nella veranda di casa. Per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo c'è bisogno di un mezzo (soprattutto se ci sono bambini) perché, pur essendo abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia nera, è una bella camminata sotto il sole ed in salita.

Ambiente familiare ed accogliente. Molto pulito ed ordinato con molto verde. Ogni appartamento ha una piccola cucina in veranda dove puoi mangiare. La colazione, se richiesta, viene fornita dalla struttura. Le spiagge raggiungibili a piedi sono quella con le acque solfuree di Acquacalda e la spiaggia con sabbia nera di Spiaggia Negra. La proprietaria è disponibile per suggerire ristoranti, spiagge da visitare e per noleggiare auto. Insomma una vacanza in un luogo tranquillo dove non manca neppure il solarium. Struttura consigliata.

Ottimo soggiorno, la struttura è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio dell'isola. Il centro di Vulcano lo si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. L'appartamento fornito di tutto l'essenziale, cucina esterna in un patio fresco e che noi abbiamo apprezzato e utilizzato molto. Ogni giorno la nostra camera veniva pulita con cura, grazie alla signora che se ne occupa! Grazie anche ad Ilaria e la sua famiglia.

Posto incantevole un po' fuori dal centro ma nella pace dei sensi. Ilaria davvero molto gentile dandoci alcune indicazioni sui punti di interesse e facendoci arrivare un mezzo direttamente in struttura che ci ha consentito di girare l'isola in piena autonomia . Colazione abbondante servita nel proprio patio all'orario pattuito , pulizia impeccabile. Molto consigliato

Siamo stati due giorni a Vulcano e a Villa Crimi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ilaria è superlativa e dall’inizio alla fine della vacanza ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Grazie ai suoi consigli abbiamo assaporato a pieno l’isola. Si è occupata di tutto, dal noleggio del motorino alla prenotazione al ristorante. E dopo averci accompagnato al porto alla partenza, ci siamo accorti di aver dimenticato i costumi sullo stendino. È tornata subito a portarceli. Lei è come quest’isola, un vulcano di energia e di simpatia. In una scala da 1 a 10, il suo voto sarebbe 11!
