Very friendly staff. If something didn't work (for us it was a coffee machine and hair dryer), the caretaker came immediately and replaced or repaired the device.
The only point of criticism is the parking chaos - there are far too few parking spaces available. The hotel's own restaurant is not recommended (all you can eat buffet) - way too loud and hectic. Better to visit one of the surrounding restaurants at the harbor (make a reservation!).

Positiv: Schöne Zimmer, gutes Essen, gute Lage und das freundliche Personal. Negativ: Der Pool bzw verfügbare Plätze ist für die Anzahl Gäste viel zu klein. Auch im Esssaal hat es viel zu viel Personen und der Lärmpegel ist extrem. Im Aussenbereich hat es nur wenige Plätze, davon die meisten an der prallen Sonne. Schön dass es Kinderanimation während dem Abendessen gibt. Schade, dass sie direkt neben dem Essbereich stattfindet. Am Kiesstrand gibt es neben den überteuerten Schirmen/Liegestühlen kaum Platz. Leider gibt es auf dem Areal keine Möglichkeit, Wasser oder sonstige Kleinigkeiten für das Zimmer bzw den Tag zu kaufen.

We stayed at The Belvedere Resort for 10 nights and it was absolutely brilliant.From check in to Checking not a single problem.The location of the hotel is fantastic right next to the sea and a small shingle beach and plenty of paved areas for sunbathing and steps down into the sea.Nice and not so crowded pool area.We stayed in a superior one bedroom apartment with a nice double bedroom and plenty of storage.Nice living area with double sofa bed and nice little kitchen area and a beautiful balcony with fantastic seaviews.The Lovor Real Grill Restaurant serves really fantastic food.There are plenty of step around the resort and also a few escalators.Highly recommend to hire bikes and ride along the promenade and ride to Porto Sole,Petalon and across the bridge to Koversada.Evening entertainment on most night and enjoy a drink upstairs at the Apertif Bar.Prices in the Restaurant and bar very reasonable.Overall as a family of 3 we absolutely loved our stay and will recommend to family and friends and we will be back.

+ Geräumige Zimmer mit schönem Meerblick (wenn Appartement in der ersten Reihe :-)) ,, sehr gutes Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abends, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar (Strand, Tennisplätze, Restaurants, Altstadt) - Gerade noch einen sehr engen Parklplatz ergattert, besser "draußen" parken wenn Auto größer. Zimmerreinigung schlecht (Schmutz und Ameisenstraßen tagelang ignoriert), für den Massenandrang im Speisesaal kann das Hotel nix -ist halt ein beliebtes Hotel ;-)

What a beautiful location,most of the rooms have a sea view,the rooms themselves are nice and clean, and spacious,but the shower,wasn't very good.the air conditioning wasn't working,and no kettle.Food in the restaurant was the worst I have ever had,something as simple as a risotto wasn't made with risotto rice,breakfast was the same every day no variation what so ever....nobody was queing pepole was pushing in ,it was like feeding time at the zoo for the first 3 days we was there.we ended up eating out 5 days out of 7 for are evening meal .all so having to pay for sunbeds was terrible. Water wasn't free to have on the table.but on a positive note the staff was very friendly.the pool area was lovily but the water was freezing.

we had a great week at the Belverdere in September and we are looking forward to returning later on 17th May. Its clean, the staff are great, and even when the weather turned there is plently to see and do in Vrsar. We loved the food in the hotel, especially the pizzas. The snack bar by the pool was great also, lovely cold beer an hot chips. A relaxing holiday by the clear blue sea, comfy beds, yes there are a few steps and slopes but it helps after visiting the buffet too many times. See you next weekend :0)
