Location is good we could walk from our hotel to bankey bihari temple. But our car from agra to mathura had to stop near radisson since there were barricades. We again had to take an auto from radisson to toh hotel which costed around 100 rs. They allowed us to checkout at around 1pm inspire the checkout was at 12 pm. Hot water was always available so a thumbs up to that. Staff is good and helpful. Breakfast was good, not a wide variety but decent. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, the floor could have been more clean though.

We used to stay this hotel since 2021 and Hotel Location, Service, Food, Rooms, Staff Attitüde etc.. Excellent. Must recommend.

Food option limited to two to three dishes, breakfast option limited to two option. Self service but if asked for water for elderly person, staff becomes rude that you have to get it on your own, even if the whole restaurant is fully booked its understood but if you are the only family sitting in the restaurant and asking for water or tea/coffee or tissue paper its hard for the service provider to move even a bit. Water leakage in washroom was informed on the first day of stay even after staying for 4 days not a single person was bothered to come and check whats the issue. Super poor service.

One of the best hotels in vrindavan and in one short word i will say marvelous hotel and the manager whose name is ajendra ji he is a very efficient and polite person as a manager, he really helped me a lot regarding transportation, providing facilities and a little bit of concession. Lastly the manager also gave us the driver for our rest of the brajadham trip and his name was dharmendra singh. Must recommend you all to go for this hotel if you are planning to visit there. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. We had an absolutely amazing time at krishnam. The rooms were spacious, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable
