I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has its positives, there are some notable areas for improvement.
**Pros:**
- The hotel is conveniently located close to Prem Mandir and ISKCON, which is ideal for anyone planning to visit these spots frequently.
- The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed our meals there.
- The outside ambiance is pleasant, adding to the overall experience.
**Cons:**
- The rooms are dated, and maintenance seems lacking. For instance, in every room we stayed in, the commode seat was poorly fitted and kept falling.
- The first room we were given had a leaking washbasin, leaving water all over the floor. When we reported it, they initially offered to repair it instead of moving us. After a few hours, they claimed it was fixed, but upon our return, we found it untouched. We eventually had to ask for a room change.
- Unfortunately, we found a worm in the breakfast one morning, which was off-putting.
- The hotel provides only two complimentary bottles of water, regardless of the length of stay, whether it is 1 day or 10 days. That’s the dumbest rule I have ever heard of.
- Toiletries were not consistently provided; we had to request body wash as it was missing in our room, which suggested a lack of attention to detail or perhaps poor management.
Overall, it’s worth the money only if proximity to the temples is a priority. Otherwise, there are other hotels within a kilometer that offer better facilities, and rickshaws are readily available in the area.
