We booked a large apartment and got a much smaller one. The woman at the reception was very rude. The apartments are very far from the beach, but the ambience is nice. My opinion is that it is very expensive, for the same money you can find an apartment in Nikiti on the beach with much better service.

We are two couples who want to spend time together but still keep our privacy. We chose a room at Simon King Prive by their description: 2 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower. On arrival we were impressed by the view from our terrace. However, straight away we’ve noticed the actual apartment has 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and only ONE bathroom. The bedrooms were separated simply by a sliding door which didn’t bring any privacy. We’ve spoked with the management and they said that it is not their fault but booking’s. They gave us a choice of paying for another room or full refund and go to look for another place in the middle of the season. There weren’t any available accommodations, so we had no choice but to stay. So our holiday was ruined and then was the beginning of our further issues with the place. We’ve asked for an iron and they said it is not allowed. There wasn’t any hand soap in the toilet. On arrival one of the beds had no sheets, just the mattress. When I tried to open the toilet door, the handle stayed in my hand. When we woke up in the morning we found out that we are bitten by bugs. One of us had allergic reaction so we had to find the closest pharmacy which was in Sarti.. Most of the time there wasn’t hot water at all.. We are extremely disappointed and would never stay in this place again.

We had booked a room over the phone and also confirmed this booking in a call the next day. A few days later we were told in an email that no rooms are available, without any explanation or apology. Extremely unnecessary and annoying experience!
