Un véritable bijou niché au cœur des montagnes de Tzoumerka ! 🌿 Le Rouista Resort est un projet familial mené avec passion, et cela se ressent à chaque détail. L’établissement est d’une qualité irréprochable : chambres spacieuses, très bien équipées et d’une propreté exemplaire. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel toujours disponible et d’une grande gentillesse, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le cadre est idyllique : calme absolu, en pleine nature, avec une faune et une flore sauvage à portée de main. C’est le lieu parfait pour les amateurs d’activités outdoor : randonnées magnifiques, balades en montagne, observation de la vie sauvage… on se sent totalement ressourcé. Le bar et le restaurant complètent parfaitement l’expérience : cuisine savoureuse, produits de qualité et ambiance conviviale. Απέριττη πολυτέλεια. Ένα διαμαντάκι κρυμμένο στο πράσινο των κεντρικών Τζουμέρκων. Οικειότητα και επαγγελματισμός μαζί - το διακρίνεις αμέσως στο προσωπικό και τη διεύθυνση - που σε κάνουν να χαλαρώσεις και να νιώσεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστοι χώροι υψηλών προδιαγραφών για όποιον αναζητά κάτι διαφορετικό από το κλασικό παραδοσιακό κατάλυμα. Άριστη σχέση απόδοσης τιμής. Μείναμε 5 ημέρες και ήταν από τις ωραιότερες διακοπές μας. Η γύρω περιοχή γεμάτη ανεξερεύνητες ομορφιές. Tip: το εστιατόριο Bostani- στεγάζεται στους χώρους του Rouista- αποτελεί από μόνο του μία έκπληξη… δοκιμάστε το!

We had the most amazing time at Rouista. It’s one of those rare places that really gets everything right—warm hospitality, incredible food, and a setting that feels almost untouched. The breakfast each morning was a highlight: homemade jams, jellies, and all kinds of local treats that felt both comforting and special. Dinner was on another level—creative without being fussy. The Greek salad was unlike any we’ve had before (in the best possible way), and the rooster dish, the lamb and trout are absolutely delicious. The resort itself has a great gym (a nice surprise!) and is run by a family who are simply lovely. You genuinely feel like a guest, not just a customer. The surrounding area is stunning. One afternoon, we swam in a pristine river nearby—crystal clear and deep in parts. It was cold, wild, and beautiful… one of those experiences you’ll always remember. In short, Rouista is more than just a place to stay. It’s a place that leaves an impression. We’re already dreaming about coming back:)

Our room was comfortable, cosy and clean, the food was good and the staff friendly. There is a gym which is fantastic - really well kitted out. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a map of the village with footpaths and things to see; the hotel have created some fabulous circular walks.

Our stay was wonderful. Both the management and the staff were all fantastic. The room was worthy of our expectations. The restaurant has a wonderful cuisine with a wonderful wine list. The coffee area has a very earthy atmosphere. The breakfast had many local products and was not at all plastic and standardized. The hotel team has done a great job taking care of the walking trails and helped us have an unforgettable experience in nature. The location is ideal as it gives you the feeling of being isolated in the forest. You only hear running water and birds.

Το ξενοδοχείο θα έλεγα ότι είναι αρκετά καλό, πολύ άνετοι και ευχάριστοι χώροι. Έχει καταπληκτικό προσωπικό! Ευγενέστατοι όλοι! Πάντα με χαμόγελο και ζεστασιά. Το αρνητικό είναι τα μπαλκόνια που είναι σαν να κάθεσαι με τον διπλανό σου παρέα ακόμα και η ανάσα σου ακούγεται! Για ένα κόστος 250 ευρω το βρήκα πολύ αρνητικό χαρακτηριστικό. Επίσης εμείς είχαμε τη σουίτα μείναμε 4 μέρες ήταν το πιο ακριβό δωμάτιο, κάθε μέρα τρώγαμε στο εστιατόριο είτε μεσημέρι είτε βράδυ και ήταν εντυπωσιακό τόσες μέρες και μέρες του Πάσχα να μη μας προσφέρουν ούτε ένα καφέ! Αυτό πραγματικά σε τέτοιου κόστους διαμονής πρώτη φόρα μου συμβαίνει! Πάντα ακόμα και σε πιο οικονομικούς ξενώνες πάντα υπάρχει ένα καλώς όρισμα. Δε είχα απαίτηση για κάτι φοβερό έστω εν άχυμο στα παιδιά! πραγματικά πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει. Αυτό χαλάει όλη τη ζεστασιά και τη προσπάθεια του προσωπικού που πραγματικά είναι φιλόξενο και πάντα πρόθυμοι! Αλλά πρέπει να το εξετάσουν οι ιδιοκτήτες του ξενοδοχείου που βέβαια ήταν παρών οι ίδιοι χαλάνε τη προσπάθεια όλων των παιδιών.
