Нужно было остановиться на 1 сутки в данном отеле, решила изучить сайт и мне было не совсем понятно как формируется цена за номера потому что сначала написано 2000 а потом есть приписка при одноместном заселении в двухспальный номер будет 1500, решила написать администратору в WhatsApp. Мне написали совсем другую стоимость за совсем другой номер. Уточнила снова и приложила скрин с их сайта, и даже изначально было у меня много вопросов, мне отвечали на половину из них и требовательно писали " Так что будем бронировать?" После второго сообщения про уточнение потому не совсем поняла половину ответов на мои вопросы. Администратор начала хамить со словами " Мы будем спорить или бронировать". Я решила больше не вступать в переписку. Также администратор больше нее писал. Этот администратор мне позвонил и начал разговор с наездом " Ну что бронировать будете?" Я ещё раз уточнила свои вопросы мне также грубо начали отвечать и вообще говорить что у администратора много людей и ей некогда со мной тут спорить. Я пыталась объяснить что мне нужно и мне сказали что у них недавно всё поменяли и на сайте не актуальная информация. На прощание мне сказали ну всё вы закончили, досвиданья! Если честно это трэш. Этот администратор полностью отбила желание что-то бронировать. Возможно, отель то сам хороший, а вот сервис и персонал стоит наверное поменять(
