«Замечательный» отель Артик! На первый взгляд удачное расположение недалеко от трассы с небольшим удалением от АЗС и магазина КБ делает данную ночлежку привлекательной. Но по факту пришлось столкнуться с определенными обстоятельствами в виде иллюзии сервиса и комфорта. Веселье началось прямо с порога, когда я, муж и двое детей, прибыли в отель после 10-ти часового пути, в 18.00 вечера, женщина на ресепшене сообщила, что наш номер еще не готов, и нужно немного подождать (при заселении в 14:00) например поужинать в местном ресторане, где заказ будут нести те же 30 минут. На просьбу урегулировать ситуацию, администратор предложила нам войти в их положение и подождать либо они могут вернуть предоплату за номер. Подобное хамство удивило даже моего спокойного мужа, но это было лишь началом. При четырехместном размещении мы обнаружили, что по факту номер рассчитан на 3 человек, по количеству спальных мест, стульев и душевых принадлежностей. Только после нашего требования о скидке, любезно предоставили скидку 500 руб на завтраки. Вишенкой на торте стало полное отсутствие шумоизоляции, постельное белье с «душком». Однозначно НЕ рекомендую данный отель!

L'hôtel est super bien situé, la rue est en pente donc pas accessible à tous. La chambre est bien équipée et assez grande. Points négatifs : 1) hôtel bruyant, intérieur beaucoup de bruits 2) le buffet petit-déjeuner est pas achalandé, peu de produits et la cuisinière arrivant a l'heure d'ouverture si vous arrivez tôt le choix est plus que restreint. 3) l'eau chaude est aléatoire. 4) la couette est plus petite que le lit. Sentiment mitigé.......

Останавливались с семьёй при возвращении домой с моря. Номер чистый, бельё белоснежное. Заехали позже 22.00 девушка на ресепшене Элина приготовила нам еду, всё вкусно и по домашнему. Всём рекомендую. Есть с чем сравнить
