Были в Воронеже проездом, поэтому бронировали поздно вечером. После звонка в гостиницу для подтверждения администратор долго искал бронь. Сказал сначала что таких нет. По заселению в «люкс» был странный запах и шум. Так как уже была ночь-разбираться не стали и легли спать. На утро при дневном освещении увидели, что примыкающая к ванной стена черная от плесени. Шум продолжался, уже в 9 что то начало стучать. При выезде торопились и оставили куртку с паспортом, обнаружили это только поздним вечером уже в Волгограде. На просьбу отправить куртку с !!!паспортом!!! Почтой или автобусом(разумеется не бесплатно) администратор и управляющий ответили отказом. Увидительная клиентоориентированность, не рекомендую, так как отель в случае форс-мажоров ни в чем вам не поможет!

Останавливались на ночь с супругой. Очень понравилось. Приветливый персонал, чистота в номере, вкусный завтрак, приятный интерьер Если придется еще раз быть проездом в Воронеже, обязательно остановимся в Чапаеве!
