The front desk can speak simple Chinese. When I went there, the air conditioner was broken and they gave me a refund of 25% of the room fee, which was great.

The hotel is next to the subway, convenient for travel
It's a certain distance from the art museum and it's not convenient to walk there.
We drove there, and the intersection was difficult to find. We took the wrong route three times, and we expected to get a few tickets and lose a lot of money.

Facilities: Pretty good with no major problems
Hygiene: very good
Environment: Relatively quiet, there is a train station outside, and the transportation is very convenient
Service: Richard at the front desk is very enthusiastic and can speak Chinese, very nice
We booked a room with a sofa. It’s no problem for an 11-year-old child to sleep in. The child’s breakfast is free👍
Disposable items in the room need to be requested from the front desk.
