Georges Blanc est selon moi le meilleur étoilé ! tout est délicieux, les cuissons parfaitement maitrisées, les sauces sont divines, les présentations soignées, les mélanges parfois surprenant mais vraiment en accord avec les saveurs, les vins excellents, les desserts un régal, l'accueil très pro et chaleureux avec la juste proximité. l'authenticité et l'histoire du lieu sont touchantes. on reviendra! encore!

Personnel très agréable: accueil parfait et souriant. Chambre confortable et jolie salle de bain. Petit déjeuner: excellent et très varié Spa : un peu désuet. La douche tropicale ne fonctionne pas. Lorsque vous demandez s’il est possible d’utiliser le jacuzzi extérieur, on vous répond que vous pouvez le débâcher tout seul. Dommage ce manque de service… Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour

Lieu incroyable mais daté…vieillot et dépassé . manque cruellement de mise à niveau des chambres et des espaces . Pb soulevés auprès de la réception : porte accès terrasse ne fermant pas, pb avec chasse d eau wc, éclairage manquant dans sdb, propreté discutable de la suite Malgré la qualité du room service (étant arrivés tard) , tarif trop cher vs qualité des installations

Lieu incroyable mais suranné . Cela manque de modernité et de mise au goût du jour . Quand vous réservez une suite et que vous commandez un room service (excellent) et que vous payez la nuit 900 euros vous êtes en attente d une qualité à l image du lieu . Cependant , chasse d eau des toilettes ne fonctionnant pas , spots défectueux ou absents dans la salle de bain, porte sur la terrasse ne fermant pas , appui de baignoire défaillant … etc et surtout un état de propreté de la chambre quelque peu douteux . C est vraiment dommage car l initiative originelle de cet homme pour créer un lieu unique à été certainement une épreuve de force mais on voit que cet effort réalisé il y’a de nombreuses années n a pas été repris ni continué. C est une belle endormie .

Un NOM que mon mari connaît depuis qu’il est petit, c’était le graal dans sa famille. Nous avions l’occasion d’y faire une halte et de déguster les cuisses de grenouilles à l’auberge ancienne. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour le restaurant gastronomique.

Location veramente unica, immersa nel verde in questo piccolo paese, l'hotel George Blanc offre ai suoi ospiti un momento di quiete e relax fuori daloo stress e dalla confusione. L' hotel ed il suo comprensorio sono veramente piacevoli, il servzio è buono. Si è nella storia del pollo di Bresse Merita una visita
