I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Electra Hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most amazing people. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay.
Now let's talk about breakfast - it was nothing short of phenomenal! The breakfast spread at the Electra Hotel exceeded all expectations.

When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as ********** has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that I get it via mail. Until now one week later nothing arrived.
We booked a very expensive hotel as the pictures looked quite nice. But as the hotel was quite empty they did not have a breakfast buffet but just a plate with a little ham, hard egg and some cheese. The coffee had the color of tea, which for such a price is really not enough.
I don't recommend a hotel that is not willing to give recipes and has just such a low quality but asks for a price of high class hotels.
Further I think that ********** should offer a way to get support in such cases and I start to think if this platform is still the right for me.

Everything was great, the room and the location. Very kind staff that changed place of one of their cars so that we could park the motorbikes in front of the hotel entrance for safety reasons. Excellent dinner and breakfast in the morning.

Ας ξεκινήσουμε από τα θετικά. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό, ο χώρος της πισίνας καθαρίζονταν κάθε μέρα και το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες （ μέναμε στην σουίτα με το τζακουζι）. Στα αρνητικά τώρα, το τζακουζι θέλει συντήρηση, το ντουζ από το τζακουζι δεν δουλεύει και οι υποδοχείς που δημιουργούν τον αφρό είναι βρώμικοι με αποτέλεσμα μόλις ξεκινάει να λειτουργεί να βγαίνουν βρωμιες στο νερό. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ μέτριο καμία σχέση με ξενοδοχείο 4* αστέρων. Ήταν συνεχώς τα ίδια με πολύ μικρές διαφορές και δεν υπήρχε ποικιλία. Μείναμε 6 βράδια στον ξενοδοχείο και 3 μέρες δεν κατεβήκαμε για πρωινό γιατί το είχαμε βαρεθεί. Επίσης όταν μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο με την ιδιοκτήτρια για να κλείσουμε το δωμάτιο της είπαμε ότι έχουμε ένα μωράκι πολύ μικρό οπότε θέλαμε να μάθουμε αν υπάρχει εστιατόριο μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο για να τρώμε γεύματα σε περίπτωση που δεν μπορούμε να μετακινηθούν. Μας απάντησε ότι υπάρχει εστιατόριο. Προς έκπληξη μας όταν φτάσαμε είδαμε πως στο μενού υπήρχαν 2 σαλάτες, 3 μακαρονάδες, 1μπεργκερ, πίτσα και κλάμπ σάντουιτς. Μάλλον τα σνακ τα θεωρεί φαγητό η εν λόγω ιδιοκτήτρια. Επίσης όταν φτάσαμε μας είπανε να κατέβουμε να κανονίσουμε το οικονομικό κομμάτι （μας ζήτησαν να τα πληρώσουμε όλα μόλις φτάσαμε） και εκεί ρωτήσαμε αν επιτρέπονται φαγητά και ποτά στην πισίνα. Μας είπε ότι απαγορεύονται και ότι πρέπει να παίρνουμε από το μπαρ. Ρωτήσαμε αν υπάρχουν μπύρες χωρίς αλκοόλ γιατί η σύζυγος θηλάζει και μας είπε ότι δεν υπάρχουν άλλα μπορούμε να φέρουμε τις δικές της μπύρες. Μετά από 3 μέρες διαμονής στο ξενοδοχείο ήρθαν 3 οικογένειες 15 άτομα στο σύνολο όπου άρχισαν από τις 2+ να κάνουν βουτιές στην πισίνα,να φωνάζουν να τσιριζουν, να τρέχουν τα παιδιά τους στους διαδρόμους και να χτυπάνε πόρτες σε ώρες κοινής ησυχίας με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμησουμε το μωρό. Όταν ο σύζυγος μου έκανε παρατήρηση στην ιδιοκτήτρια για το αν τηρούνται οι κανόνες που αναφέρονται στην επιγραφή της πισίνας η απάντηση της ήταν οταν η πισίνα φτιάχτηκε η πινακίδα μπήκε έτσι για να μπει （Άρα δεν ισχύουν οι κανόνες;）. Το αποτέλεσμα από όλη αυτή την αναστάτωση ήταν να βάλει μια ανακοίνωση ότι απαγορεύεται να φέρνεις σνακ και ποτά στον χώρο της πισίνα. ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΚΟΜΜΆΤΙ ΤΗΣ ΚΟΙΝΉΣ ΗΣΥΧΊΑΣ ΔΕΝ ΑΝΑΦΈΡΘΗΚΕ ΤΊΠΟΤΕ. Επίσης του είπε ότι για να καταφέρει να φτάσει σε τόσο υψηλή βαθμολογία στο booking πόνεσε το στομάχι της. Σαν να μας λέει ότι δεν μπορεί να τους πει κάτι μην την βαθμολογήσουν αρνητικά στο booking. Ταξιδεύουμε πολύ και έχουμε πάει σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία σίγουρα δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο 4*, χρειάζεται πολλές βελτιώσεις ακόμα. Είναι πολύ ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει και δεν υπάρχει ίση μεταχείριση μεταξύ των πελατών. Σίγουρα δεν το συστήνουμε και φυσικά δεν θα ξανά πάμε.
