Das Hotel ist in die Weinberge gebaut und hat uns optisch nicht gefallen.
Gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.
Zum Stadtkern nach Volkach ist es zu Fuß zu weit.
Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Jedoch wurde die Lage des Zimmers nur erklärt um dann selbst - ohne Hilfe beim Gepäck - auf das Zimmer zu gehen.
Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und ansprechend gestaltet. Auch ein sehr großer Balkon zu den Weinbergen.
Leider nur ein ganz, ganz kleiner offener Schrank vorhanden.
Doppelbett gebucht - zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten bekommen.
Zimmerreinigung nur wenn Karte an der Tür hängt - und es dauert lange bis es gemacht wird. Wenn man dann wieder im Zimmer ist, wird man gebeten in der Zwischenzeit auf den Balkon zu gehen. Auch keine frischen Handtücher...
Spa-Bereich sehr schön, besonders die Schwebeliegen sind sehr angenehm. Schwimmbereich mit Massagedüsen schön und ausreichend. Saunenbereich schön.
Frühstück: sehr guter Kaffe in verschiedenen Variationen, Säfte gut, gute Käse und Wurstauswahl. Die angebotenen Lebensmittel sind gut aber es gibt nichts besonderes (kein Lachs, kein Glas Sekt).
Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und möchte modern wirken.
Im Ganzen war der Aufenthalt "Okay" aber mehr auch nicht.

Top Hotel mit aussergewönlichem Charme. Sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Aussenpool mir Rundumsicht. Zimmer sind individuell und mit Style ausgestattet. Jederzeit und immer wieder!

Es war ein toller, entspannter Aufenthalt für uns 4 Frauen. Zimmerservice war aufgrund eines Missverständnises nicht so toll, aber ansonsten alles super! Spa, Massage alles super. Ruhige Zimmer, tolle Betten! Daumen hoch!

Sehr schön gelegen. Von unserem Zimmer konnten wir die Weinanbau Felder sehen. Hotel war super sauber. Ganz freundliches Personal und das Abendessen gab es in Buffetform. So konnte man sich von allem etwas nehmen. Mega lecker war das Frühstück, hier gab es wirklich alles was zu einem tollen Frühstück gehört.
