Выбирайте только отреставрированные номера, они по-дороже. Потому что номера на 2 и 3 этажах это как будто плацкарт в поезде Владивосток-Москва или шконка на вокзале.
В новых номерах все очень классно!
Местоположение отличное!

Были в одном из обновлённых номеров. По уровню оснащённости, качества и комфорта - безусловно один из лидеров в России. Прибыли в отель а районе двух часов ночи, устали очень и мы и дети. Важно было хорошо отдохнуть как следует. Всё, что с нами происходило в отеле было просто восхитительно: приём, размещение, питание, всё безупречно. Гордимся. Спасибо.

Не знаю как на остальных этажах, но на 8-м этаже НОМЕР был НОВЫЙ и очень современный- управление Освещениеем, Шторами, Телевизором через приложение в телефоне- на мой взгляд очень удобно и комфортно! Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные!

Заселился 05.08.24 на 2 недели. В номер приезжаю в 19.00. В 07.30 уже уезжаю по делам. Номер хороший, завтрак тоже, плюсы всё! Минусы: из 10 дней проживания на момент написания отзыва - 5 дней имеют ряд замечаний: не делают выкладку, не обновляют воду, не моют посуду, не меняют полотенца и халаты, не застилают кровать, обо всем об этом приходится напоминать на ресепшн (один раз оставили без душевых полотенец и устроили лекцию о загруженности прачечной). Сегодня ужинал в кафе с коллегами и пасту карбонара пришлось ждать более часа при том что из клиентов была только большая семья из 8 человек которая пришла позже но была обслужена сразу (называется расставили приоритеты). Ещё 4 дня проживания посмотрю на динамику и дополню отзыв по результатам.

Очень приятный отель. Вкусные завтраки радуют разнообразием блюд. Персонал вежливый, но без лишнего угодничества, корректный, все, и на ресепшен и горничные и в ресторане и охрана. Ремонт и интерьер достойные, сдержанный стиль, качественно, техника в номере хорошая, телевизор Самсунг, холодильничек не знаю какой но выглядит добротно. Кровать с хорошим матрасом и бельём, подушка тоже, спать хорошо. Местоположение тоже удачное, остановка общественного транспорта так и называется, именем отеля, находится сразу за воротами, во все стороны ехать удобно.

Останавливались в отеле, хотели бы отметить, что шведский стол достоин всех похвал, хотели бы также выразить благодарность администратору Юлии, в номере не работал кондиционер, но нам перезвонили и уточнили все ли в порядке. Отель однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻
