Yaklaşık 10 yıldır neredeyse her sezonda gittiğim Kaya Artemis e bu yılda yine 30 Ağustos haftası gittik ailemle. Maalesef otel inanılmaz eskimiş, hizmet kalitesi çok düşmüş, çalışanların ilgisi yok denecek kadar azalmış, (soru soruyoruz cevap vermeye üşeniyorlar özellikle resepsiyondakiler) yemek kalitesi düşmüş,alkol-içecek servisi berbat çeşitlilik yok vs vs bir sürü olumsuzluk sayabiliriz. Tek güzel tarafı yine deniz ve kumsalıydı. Kaya grup ailesine yakışmadı fakat öğrendiğimize göre otel tamamen yıkılacak ve ana bina hariç tekrardan yapılacak tadilat edilecekmiş.

Einfach nur Alt, Dreckig, Abgenutzt. Das Hotel sowie die Anlage sind sehr alt und abgenutzt! Service ist schrecklich! Bis auf paar Ausnahmen sind die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, unmotiviert und sogar gestresst! Die Anlage ist sehr dreckig. Wenn man einen Blick in die Küche wirft, vergeht einem das Appetit. Eifach ekelhaft! Absolut 0 Hygiene!!!! So einen dreckigen Boden habe ich noch nie gesehen. Bedingung ist schrecklich. Das Hotel ist sehr auf Türkische Mitbürgern orientiert! Nur Türkische Musik und kein internationale Akzeptanz.

Review of Kaya Artemis Hotel, Cyprus We came here with my family for a holiday we had really been looking forward to, but unfortunately, from the very first moment we arrived, it has been a huge disappointment. The sea is truly beautiful, and the food is tasty – I have to admit that. But the accommodation is an absolute disaster. The moment we entered the room, it almost killed the holiday mood – hair everywhere, dirt, an awful smell, sticky old furniture, and peeling walls. The bathroom is so disgusting that I honestly hate stepping inside. Everything feels old, neglected, and dirty. Yet the hotel presents itself completely differently online. I tried to solve it with an upgrade, but it didn’t really change the overall impression. We still have 7 days left here, but honestly – I already feel like going home. For the money we paid, this is not what anyone expects from a vacation.
