Points positifs : l'endroit est magnifique avec le Rhin et entouré d'arbres. La terrasse et le restaurant ont été refaits est sont très accueillants et l'on s'y sent bien. Points négatifs : aucune communication dans cette hôtel 0 jamais on ne nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur je pense à une personne handicapée et le meilleur alors que nous avions réservé la demi-pension pour 2 soirs personne ne nous a averti que le deuxième soir le restaurant était fermé pour cause exceptionnelle. Cela est inadmissible on devait nous avertir durant la journée si nous étions au courant nous aurions pris d'autres dispositions nous avons encore discuté quelques heures avant le repas avec du personnel rien aucune indication. Lorsque nous sommes partis et que nous avons relevé le problème aucune excuse bien sûr. Et cerise sur le gâteau lors du paiement si je n'avais pas réagi il nous facturait 2 repas au lieu d'un. Suite à ma réclamation par mail directement sur leur site je n'ai eu droit à aucune réponse ni excuse. Beau comportement !!!!!! Quant au coffre-fort il était écrit hors-service dessus d'une manière fixe et ne fonctionnait effectivement pas.

Oase von Lage, direkt am Nebenarm vom Rhein, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, bestes Frühstück, ausgezeichnetes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, freundlicher Service, beste Verkehrsanbindung, alles Top und empfehlenswert. Danke, immer wieder!

Große, gemütliche zimmer, tolle betten und ruhige lage. Personal sehr nett. Abendessen mittelmäßig gut für den preis. Frühstück war recht gut, es fehlten glutenfreie produkte oder auch haferjoghurt oder ähnliches. Liegt sehr schön..

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage!
Dieses Hotel ist empfehlenswert, sauber, schöne Zimmer, kleiner Balkon und unsere beiden Hunde fühlten sich auch wohl.
Man konnte gleich am See Gassi gehen und war in der Natur.
Das Restaurant bot regionale Küche an,das Frühstück war reichhaltig.
Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise.

hôtel-restaurant très agréable, calme , * les 25 chambres sont toutes rénovées, disposent d'un balcon aménagé *partie restauration : très bonne et variée ( copieux petit déjeuner ) IMPORTANT :un personnel , souriant, très disponible ( mention spéciale à Katia) A noter : pas d'ascenseur ( 2 étages) mais rampe pour handicapés parking devant l hôtel bonne situation: entre Neuf-Brisach et Vieux- Brisach ( Allemagne)

Un petit paradis au bord d’un étang ! À deux pas du Rhin. J’y suis allée pour un petit déjeuner et tout était vraiment délicieux. Le cadre est magnifique, avec un étang paisible et une ambiance très reposante. L’hôtel est superbe, les chambres ont été rénovées avec goût, et le balcon avec vue sur le lac, c’est la cerise sur le gâteau ! Un grand merci à Louisa pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Une très belle découverte que je recommande à 100 % !
