A hotel that I would not recommend to anyone. The staff is reluctant and rude, with rare exceptions. The food is terrible, repetitive, tasteless or overly spicy so you can't eat it. The guests are rude, they eat their food with their hands, and in the morning there is no day-old bread at breakfast. You have to wait 30 or more minutes for coffee from the machine. In short, a nightmare vacation. Never again, thank you Soncek agency for screwing us over like that.

Eine große Enttäuschung!“ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Ich bin derzeit im Hotel Imperijal in Vodice und leider total enttäuscht. Der Service ist auf einem sehr niedrigen Niveau – das Personal wirkt überlastet und schlecht organisiert. Ein einziger Kellner muss gefühlt 300 Gäste bedienen – was natürlich unmöglich ist und für Chaos sorgt. Das Essen ist ebenfalls enttäuschend: Die Auswahl ist gering, die Qualität lässt stark zu wünschen übrig und wenn etwas Gutes serviert wird, ist es sofort vergriffen, weil einfach nicht genug für alle da ist. Noch schlimmer – viele Gäste greifen das Essen einfach mit den Händen, ohne dass jemand vom Personal eingreift. Für ein Hotel, das sich als seriöse touristische Unterkunft präsentiert, ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann es niemandem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und qualitativ guten Urlaub sucht!

Massaal, feest in de kantine. Omdat je het geen restaurant maf noemen. Weinig keuze in eten. Wel goed bereidt. Bediening slecht en niet gemotiveerd. Wel drank besteld maar niet gekregen door de drukte. Buffetten rommelig en niet schoon. Grote groepen feestgangers en schoolkinderen.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the Imperial Hotel. I was really happy with everything! The food was perfect, I had the best risotto of my life there. The atmosphere was so positive and special. Music was great, all the people were friendly and ready to party! During the day I enjoyed walking with friends and the sunny weather. I am really delighted and will come back again!

The bathroom could definitely do with an update, very tired and bodged silicone to try and stop a leak, shower didn’t drain so ended up with the bathroom swimming with water

Very pleasant atmosphere. We received first-hand information about tourist attractions in the region. I recommend a walk through Vodice and getting to know the city of Vodice. Don't miss a visit to the national parks, you will experience top-notch events and learn a lot of interesting information about the history of the creation of the state. Taxi transportation cannot be safer and more accurate than it is.

Fikk ikke hotellrom som var bestilt. Fikk byttet rom etterhvert, men ikke til rett type rom. Ikke noen interesse fra hotellet til å ordne opp i dette. Generelt dårlig service på ett slitt hotell.
